We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God. We belive the Scriptures, both Old and New Testament, are relevant to the lives of believers and are the final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
We believe in one eternal God who is all powerful, all loving and completely holy in nature. He is the Creator of everything and He exists as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We belive it's all about Jesus. We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and was born of a virgin. He was both fully God and fully man. We believe that He lived a sinless life, was crucified on Calvary for our sins and bodily rose from the grave; and that He has been exalted to the throne of God where He is the only mediator between God and man. We believe that through His death and life we have personal salvation and power for victorious living.
We believe that all men have sinned and stand in need of redemption, which is obtained through the new birth by faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. Those repenting of sin and being born again become children of God and heirs with Christ.
We believe that, following faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, new believers are commanded by the Word of God to be baptized in water as public evidence of that faith. Water baptism is an act of obedience symbolizing the believer’s faith in a crucified, buried, and risen Savior, the believer’s death to their own sin, the burial of that old life, and the resurrection to a new life in Christ Jesus. Baptism is a significant moment in our journey from a life of sin to a life with Jesus.
The Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is active in the world today and that the baptism of the Holy Spirit, with His accompanying gifts, is the privilege of all believers.
We believe the church has been called out of the world to be a group of people who follow Jesus Christ. These Christ-followers, through the power of the Holy Spirit, will affect genuine spiritual change in the world and in thier communites. As the body of Christ on earth, the church offers hope to humanity. The church is one group of people made up of many members, diverse in their gifts and callings of the Holy Spirit.
The Second Coming
We believe in the pre-millennial return of Jesus Christ to receive his bride, the church, unto Himself. At his coming, we believe the dead in Christ will be resurrected from the grave. We believe Christ will reign on the earth for a thousand years.
This millennial reign will bring the salvation of the nation of Israel and the establishment of universal peace.
